The Lady Luck project starts January 1 2010 and will continue to December 31 2010. The aim is to determine how "lucky" I can be in one year. I hear it said all the time, people claiming that they are "just lucky" or "down on their luck". I am curious find out whether people really can be just lucky, Whether the saying "Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity" is true, or whether "There is no luck, just hard work" is reality.
